Finding time to workout is tricky for a full time dad/ full time school administrator. So sometimes I have to get creative with my workouts. One cool way that I have found to work my core is by letting my daughter jump up and down on my stomach. I am forced to hold the contraction in my abs for the duration of my daughters favorite daycare song. If I don’t she will end knocking the wind out of me. Hopefully she doesn’t try this on mommy.
